Summertime usually means travel time! And finally, we can do so again with the lifting restrictions.
Don’t you love traveling? It’s so much fun; discovering new areas, adventures, and new parts of ourselves.
This usually means our regular workout and fitness routines are not happening. This is not a bad thing, it’s actually great to change things up and give ourselves a mental break. But you don’t have to skip your workout totally.
What you might want to consider are the habits you want to maintain when you’re traveling.
And maybe incorporating a workout is one of them.
