Initial consultation, getting to know you, where you are in your confidence and fitness journey, identify your needs and goals so I get to create your custom Body Confidence workout plan that helps you get the results you wanna see.
Your Body Confidence Blueprint
With the groundwork done, it’s time to get moving and kick-start your Body Confidence Blueprint journey with your first personal workout plan, specifically designed for your abilities, needs, and goals.
You’ll get a revised workout each month to adapt to your growing strength and skills. Each plan will have up to 4 workout sessions a week, each lasting under 60 minutes that can be done any time during the week that works with your schedule.
Detailed exercise videos on the Trainerize app explain and model your workouts with a focus on strength training, as well as mobility and cardiovascular exercises, combined with important rest and recovery practice.
Nutritional Guidance
To maximize your workout results, we’re also taking a look at your lifestyle and how you approach your nutrition and nourishment.
You’ll learn how to optimize, tweak, and customize your nutrition to your own needs without having to completely change your lifestyle.
In addition, you’ll also get my personal top nutrition tips and simple recipe/shopping list ideas.
